z/OS Systems Programmer

Job Summary

Seeking a senior-level z/OS Systems Programmer for a full-time remote position, who will manage z/OS new release installations, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve infrastructure standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware
