Job Summary
A company is looking for a Zendesk Admin - Operational Excellence to manage and enhance their Zendesk environment for improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Zendesk tasks, including building views, macros, triggers, and automations
- Collaborate with the Zendesk Administrator to propose and implement workflow updates and system enhancements
- Partner with Support, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zendesk or a similar CX platform
- Familiarity with support operations in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated call center environments
- Experience with workflows within BestRx or similar pharmacy management software
- Understanding of pharmacy compliance, HIPAA, and call center best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis tools like Zendesk Explore or Excel
