Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator II located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Operations Strategy team to plan and execute changes to the customer-facing Zendesk instance
  • Serve as a trusted partner for Zendesk experts, prioritizing requests and bug alerts from stakeholders
  • Create and maintain Zendesk-related SOPs and analyses to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Operations, or Zendesk System Administration
  • BA, BSc, Master's, or equivalent certification in a relevant field
  • C1 fluency or higher in English required
  • Prior experience managing or supporting a Zendesk instance
  • Certification as a Zendesk Administrator is strongly preferred
