Job Summary
A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator II located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Operations Strategy team to plan and execute changes to the customer-facing Zendesk instance
- Serve as a trusted partner for Zendesk experts, prioritizing requests and bug alerts from stakeholders
- Create and maintain Zendesk-related SOPs and analyses to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Operations, or Zendesk System Administration
- BA, BSc, Master's, or equivalent certification in a relevant field
- C1 fluency or higher in English required
- Prior experience managing or supporting a Zendesk instance
- Certification as a Zendesk Administrator is strongly preferred
