Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zendesk Coordinator to manage operational tasks related to the Clinical Delivery Management ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and categorize incoming tickets to ensure accurate assignment and reduce delays
  • Analyze ticket trends and develop action plans to address operational issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems (required or strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Lightdash, or Redash
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
