Job Summary

Seeking a Zendesk Solutions Analyst, the full-time position will manage Zendesk configuration and optimization for Professional Services, ensuring effective workflows and system governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Zendesk configuration and enhance workflows, including forms, triggers, and reporting
• Act as the primary business analyst for Zendesk use cases, gathering requirements and translating them into system designs
• Ensure adherence to governance and security best practices while supporting change management activities

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Zendesk administration and configuration
• Experience building workflows using triggers, automations, and reporting
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Understanding of change management and system governance practices
• Experience supporting intake-driven or case management workflows
