A company is looking for a Zero Balance Manager, Denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Zero Balance team members, fostering a high-performance culture
• Define and execute Zero Balance recovery strategies across complex claim inventories
• Act as a primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and transparency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree and CRCR Certification is a plus
• 5+ years' experience in the healthcare field, specifically in zero balance operations
• 5+ years' client-facing/customer service experience
• 2-5 years supervisory experience
• Proven experience in hospital revenue cycle operations with a focus on recovery strategies
