Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zero Balance Supervisor, Denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Zero Balance team members, managing the employee lifecycle
• Identify recovery opportunities within large inventories of zero balance hospital claims
• Analyze claim payments and ensure compliance with contractual reimbursement

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare field, specifically in zero balance operations
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience with commercial/government billing and collections
• Strong understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing
