Zoho CRM Integration Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing project, the part-time Zoho CRM Integration Specialist will analyze, design, develop, and implement customizations in the Zoho product suite, working remotely for 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
• Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, APIs, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the Zoho product suite, specifically CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
• 3+ years of experience using Deluge scripting language for customizations in Zoho
• 3+ years of experience in Java development for Zoho customizations
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis and technical documentation techniques
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
