Zoho CRM Integration Specialist

Job Summary

To support a 6-month project, a part-time Zoho CRM Integration Specialist will evaluate the existing Zoho environment, design and develop applications and integrations, and collaborate with project teams while working remotely for 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
• Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the Zoho product suite, specifically CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
• 3+ years of experience using Deluge scripting language for customizations in the Zoho product suite
• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing customizations using Java development environment
• 3+ years of experience building XML files based on defined standards
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
