Zoho CRM Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Zoho CRM Specialist will assess and restructure an existing Zoho CRM instance, optimize workflows, and support integration with other platforms while collaborating with stakeholders and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign CRM workflows and processes based on stakeholder input and best practices
- Support integration between Zoho CRM and other platforms using APIs and middleware
- Communicate configuration decisions and guide the client's team through changes and training
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience improving existing Zoho CRM instances, including complex configurations
- Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, and security settings
- Experience with Zoho CRM's REST APIs and webhooks for integration
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and implement effective solutions
- Familiarity with Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation tasks
