Zoho CRM Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contract Zoho CRM Specialist will assess and restructure an existing Zoho CRM instance, optimize workflows, and facilitate integration with other platforms while working remotely for approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign CRM workflows and processes, advising stakeholders on best practices and building operational dashboards
• Support integration between Zoho CRM and other platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting
• Collaborate with engineering leads and communicate configuration decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and improving existing Zoho CRM instances
• Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM configuration, including modules, workflows, and automation
• Experience with Zoho CRM's REST APIs and webhooks
• Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver effective configurations independently
