Job Summary
Assisting management with zoning approvals, the full-time Zoning Administrator II will manage zoning due diligence for communication tower acquisitions, prepare zoning applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the zoning due diligence process for merger and acquisition sites, including creating and preparing zoning information data forms
- Oversee project management for zoning approval renewals and coordinate with jurisdictions to prepare necessary applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain the Zoning CRM system and assist with compliance-related inquiries and analysis of zoning regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
