Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, and delivery of contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation and deployment of contact center solutions
  • Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable contact center applications and features
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts for successful project delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in contact center and unified communications environments
  • 2+ years of software development experience (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++)
  • Experience in enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and implementations
  • Industry certifications in contact center technologies (preferred)
