Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zscaler Architect to lead architecture and project delivery for enterprise Zscaler initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Zscaler subject matter expert, providing architectural leadership and hands-on implementation support
Design, deploy, and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions
Oversee operational support activities, including ticket management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in Zscaler platforms, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Strong experience with Zscaler Cloud Connector deployments and Client Connector rollout
Experience with Zscaler China Premium and/or PSE environments preferred
Proven ability to deliver architecture guidance and drive projects from design through production
Experience supporting enterprise security environments and coordinating with vendor support teams
