Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zscaler Administrator to support and maintain a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the Zscaler environment, including policy management and app connectors
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting user access and application connectivity
• Manage and implement changes following structured change management processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Zscaler in production environments
• Experience working in Zero Trust environments
• Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in live, production environments
• Experience operating within structured change management processes
