Zuora Billing Architect

Job Summary

To support the quote-to-cash infrastructure, the full-time remote Zuora Billing Architect will take ownership of the end-to-end billing ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable billing solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain the end-to-end CPQ Zuora Orders flow, ensuring reliable data transformation from Salesforce CPQ to Zuora
• Design and govern Zuora product catalog structures to support evolving business models
• Own the integration architecture between Zuora and Kantata, ensuring alignment of billing milestones and revenue recognition

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and knowledge of the Zuora object model
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, specifically in architecting the CPQ Opportunity Zuora Orders integration
• Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue business models
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration middleware
• Ability to translate complex billing requirements into scalable technical designs
