Zuora Billing Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Zuora Billing & Revenue Solutions Architect will design, configure, and deploy pricing models and revenue rules within Zuora environments while serving as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex billing issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new pricing models and revenue rules in live Zuora Billing and Revenue environments
• Serve as the escalation point for complex billing, rating, and revenue recognition issues
• Ensure integration and data flow between Zuora and other enterprise systems like CRM and ERP

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue in live production settings
• Strong expertise in Zuora architecture and optimization of existing implementations
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and revenue recognition processes
• Experience with APIs and troubleshooting data flows
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or SAP
