Zuora Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing Zuora Billing processes, the full-time remote Zuora Billing Specialist will manage product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, and invoicing while enhancing billing operations through automation and collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize Zuora Billing, including product catalog management and payment processes
• Manage and troubleshoot the Salesforce-Zuora integration for accurate data flow
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, including SKU configuration and workflow automation
• Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Zuora for Salesforce integration
• Strong knowledge of SaaS subscription billing concepts such as ARR and MRR
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and the interactions between Sales and Finance
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
