Zuora Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zuora Business Analyst - Corporate IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the IT team and functional teams such as Billing Operations and Business Finance
• Handle urgent escalation issues, prioritize based on severity, and analyze solutions using system setups
• Document responses and resolutions for issues, application bugs, and provide support for changes in invoice templates

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years of Zuora Billing experience required
• Order-To-Cash (O2C) cycle business process experience preferred
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and HTML skills required, along with knowledge of MS Office tools
• Understanding of accounting concepts and Revenue Recognition models is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
