Monitoring training activities of the Clinical Review Division for their assigned team. Directing and monitoring production and quality assurance for their assigned team. Managing adherence to site and corporate policies and procedures for team members. Position Requirements Include:
Minimum of 3 years coding in a hospital setting with experience in outpatient facility coding. Knowledge ofofficial guidelines for coding and reporting. Knowledge of MS-DRGs and reimbursement methods for Medicare, CHAMPUS, Medicaid, other payers.
