As such, you will meet and consult with students who are considering dropping out. You will have tools and resources to help students through these difficult times and you will remove obstacles so that they can continue on in our program and reach their educational and career goals.
Experience handling difficult and irate customers. Comfortable working from a computer and working within databases. Professional phone skills. Location - Homebased USA. Ability to work within our Business Hours: Mon-Sun 8 am - 9 pm EasternTime. Must be able to write and speak fluent English.
