As such, you will meet and consult with students who are considering dropping out. You will have tools and resources to help students through these difficult times and you will remove obstacles so that they can continue on in our program and reach their educational and career goals.
Comply with all internal and external reporting requirements. Create high level of policyholder satisfaction by complying with standards for timeliness of contact, follow-up, payments, and Unfair Claim Practice Act. Perform other related job duties as directed or needed.
