Position Requirements Include: Experience with billing customers and receiving payments. Quickbooks online experience and an understanding of accounting practices. Data entry experience. Experience with administrative assistant duties. Good experience with Microsoft Excel.
Good working knowledge of DMS software. Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments. Knowledge of accounting debits and credits. Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes.
