Meeting with clients to understand requirements in partnership with Project and Account Managers. Collaborating with the Strategy and UX teams to develop project specifications. Skills and Requirements Include: Meet with clients.
4 years of client services or related account management experience. Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic, and analytical skills. Good business acumen and understanding of the business processes of PBM services.
Identifying, proposing, managing, and delivering critical projects. Delivering training and onboarding enhancements for sales and account management professionals. Qualifications Include: 3-5 years of incremental growth driving process improvement initiatives for a growing team.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs. Strong time management skills, detailed oriented and organized. Proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, SharePoint.
