A non-profit company is filling a position for a Telecommute Special Assistant to the Political Director. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Serve as owner of scheduling and administrative support for the Political Director.
Assist in organizing fundraising events. Plan, organize location, assist with agenda, and gather materials for annual board retreat. Assist Social Media Manager with monthly newsletters, Social Media posts, and supporter database. Qualifications Include:
Assist groups with conducting audits. Conduct contract management system training. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Travel as needed by air and ground. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience. A separate and appropriate home office.
Provide outstanding service and assistance to all prospective students. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Must not have more than three jobs within the past five years. Professional level of written and oral communication. Effective negotiation and motivation techniques.
At least five years of experience in the area of electoral administration or electoral assistance. Significant professional experience working on gender issues in elections. Full fluency in English.
Core Responsibilities of this position include: Assisting with the assembly of convention education schedule and speaker and moderator coordination. Coordinating moderator assignments and the creation and distribution of moderator scripts.
Implementing the private sector partnership acquisition strategy. Required Skills: Assist in the event planning and coordination of events. 2 - 5 years of experience. BS/BA Degree. Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.
At least five years of experience in the area on electoral administration or electoral assistance. Significant professional experience working on gender issues in elections. Experience working on online knowledge and learning tools and materials an asset desirable. Full fluency in English.

Collaborate with and assist Fellow Recruitment team. Track and manage Fellow data. Develop, revise and deliver content for Career Prep seminars. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Willingness to travel four weekends a year to program seminars/events.
