Train and manage a team of bookkeepers. Attend weekly manager meetings. Qualifications for this position include: Understand and analyze financial statements. Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero. Ability to build and lead a team of bookkeepers. Accuracy and attention to detail.
Supervise a small staff of Tax Accountants, bookkeepers, and administrative personnel. Be in charge of tax compliance, planning, review, and preparation. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Strong tax technical skills and a very good credit rating.
