A digital solutions provider is in need of a Telecommute BusinessAnalyst. Core Responsibilities Include: Identifying opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. Gathering documents, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
Consulting with business leaders on change management strategies. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Ability to travel 25% of the time. 5+ years of experience with organizational change strategy. 5+ years of experience facilitating training or workshops, and coaching.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Data Science or equivalent. Experience working in Oracle databases and/or other relational databases. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL, this includes editing stored procedures, as well as writing functions, triggers, and packages.
10 or more years of related experience. Recognized as an expert in several project areas. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area. Comprehensive to expert knowledge of assigned business function and technical skills.
High School Graduate required, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred. Minimum three years work-related experience required, preferably in the credit industry. Strong experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Overseeing and mentoring Tier 3 Analysts. Frequently reviewing processes and procedures and look for ways to automate or improvement case review. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: 15% travel to client sites.
