Providing CIS consulting services for one or more projects teams assigned to new customer implementations, upgrades, and quotes. Performing information collection during the initial Discovery process and subsequent analysis. Completing system configuration and subsequent testing.
Engage with customers/prospects in understanding their business goals, solution objectives. Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, due diligence studies with customers. Qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Successfully manage accounts at both business and technical levels. Skills and Requirements Include: Ability to travel 30% Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher. 10+ years’ relevant work experience as a technical architect, solution engineer or senior consultant.
2+ years mortgage company experience as a Loan Consultant. Experience working at a company with centralized operations and paperless technology. Must be in the top 1/3 of producers in their current market area. Minimum of twenty loyal and producing Business Partners.
New orders are available Monday through Friday with turnarounds that vary from same day to 5 business days. Have prior Law Enforcement transcription or court reporting experience. Able to proof your work to be at least 98% accurate.
Delivering quarterly business reviews. Monitoring customer health, identifying risk, developing success plans, and delivering recommendations. Analyzing customer's survey results regularly. Qualifications Include: Potentially travel to meet with customers on a quarterly basis, or as required.
Build new customer relationships by taking 1-2 inbound calls per hour. Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner. Thoroughly conduct necessary follow-up to ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense. Experience in Solution Sales or SAAS. 8 - 14 years of successful enterprise software sales experience. Track record of exceeding quota year over year. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
