Proven ability to perform in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong customer orientation. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Extensive experience cultivating and managing relationships with high-level donors and volunteers. Prior work with foundations.
Build program strategy of all digital initiatives. Develop custom welcome series, drip campaigns, and other engagement communications. Plan and implement online stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation plans for donors. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Expert on access to justice, legal empowerment, and/ or primary justice services. Verbal and written communications evidence clarity of thought and sharpness of analysis. Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of identifying needs and taking productive action.
Experience in fundraising and membership business systems in arts and cultural services. Minimum 2 - 6 years. Strong project management skills. Strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills. Ability to meet deadlines and follow schedules.
