Solid knowledge of AWD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports or training on them within 12 months. Bachelor's degree and 2 years life insurance operations experience or high school diploma and 4 years. Must be comfortable organizing and tracking large amounts of data.
An unrestricted RN or LVN or LPN license OR a current certified coder. 1+ year of experience analyzing data and identifying cost saving opportunities. 2+ years current CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding experience. Knowledge of claims processing systems and guidelines/processes.
