Knowledge of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare concepts. Or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
High school education and completion of an accredited travel school program. Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry including proficiency of at least one CRS. 3 years travel agency experience required and meet and maintain standards for Operations Ticket Agent.
Ability to attend training, conferences, and in-person team meet-ups. Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience. Experience writing queries, stored procedures, views and other database objects. Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services experience.
