Active unrestricted Resident OR Non-Resident RN license in state of CA. Minimum of 1 year recent health plan case/care management experience. Knowledge of health and/or patient education and behavioral change techniques. Strong computer technical skills.
Ability to travel as required. 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience. In-depth knowledge of appropriate medical malpractice insurance principles. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. Analytical and interpretive skills.
Conducting appropriate knowledge/education and interventions for members defined to be at risk. Qualifications for this position include: Master’s degree in Behavioral Health. 3+ years of case and/or utilization management experience.

Travel within the Portland area that will require use of personal vehicle. Master of Social Work (MSW) degree or equivalent educational background with at least two years of demonstrated child welfare, case management, social service, and/or mental health professional experience.
