Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 5-8 years direct experience supporting helpdesk operations. HDI certification. Significant hands-on experience with ITSM tools. All other requirements as listed by the company.
Ability to analyze trends and data and display in a statistical format. Typically requires 5 years of experience in a call center, service desk, and/or customer service environment. Diplomacy and tact in dealing with management, staff, and customers. High School Graduate.
