Acting as the alternate point of contact for customers in order to help ensure overall customer satisfaction. Skills and Requirements Include: HS diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of vocation/technical training or an Associate’s degree highly preferred.
Mentor and help engineers to plan and execute their career paths. Work with stakeholders from across the organization. Qualifications for this position include: Prior experience managing a team (or teams) of Engineers. Passion for creating and mentoring engineering teams.
