A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Top Secret HelpDesk and Desktop Support Representative in Bluemont. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Manage, monitor, route and document trouble tickets within established and acceptable timeframes.
Conducting desk audits and position reviews. Providing support with realignments and reorganizations. Qualifications for this position include: Experience applying the Office of Personnel Management classification standards. Excellent written and communication skills.
Helping establish and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers. Collaborating with Operational, Tactical, and Executive leadership teams. Planning, organizing and executing tactical demonstrations. Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
