Interacting with various groups in the company to help explain / educate on value of community. Skills and Requirements Include: The ability to assist to onboard new and existing community members. The ability to get quickly up and running and familiar with our new platform on Lithium.
Helping customers via email or chat. Writing documentation to help users help themselves. Work with the product team to build tools. Qualifications for this position include: Ability to attend 2 annual company retreats. Ability to make customers feel empowered after interacting with support.
