Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience delivering superior customer service, support or help desk services. Ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other workstreams that contribute and help to unify the entire solution. Use best practices where needed. Required Skills: Ability to travel 50% of the time. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering/Computer Science OR 10 or more years of experience in lieu of education.
