4 years' experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area. Or 2 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and 2 years experience. Proven leadership skills in supervising and managing associates.
Ability to identify a vague request and help the client get to what they really need. Ability to manage a team of developers, QA engineers, and designers. Ability to identify when something is in scope or out of scope. Ability to work with the client to get to a resolution.
Helping drive the sales process. Actively engaging with prospective new customers via phone, web conference and in-person. Qualifications for this position include: May require up to 50% travel within assigned territory. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
