Serving as a resource for other claims handlers regarding commercial liability claims handling. Making recommendations regarding coverage of claims and utilizes outside experts and counsel. Conducting extensive investigation into coverage, liability and valuation of claims.
Serving as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues of a routine nature. Position Requirements Include: Field position. Proficient knowledge of company products/services and application of knowledge, skills and abilities required.
Ensuring team has appropriate access to resources, tools, and business areas necessary to accomplish objectives. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Travel 5% 3 or more years of investigative or related experience. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
