A human resources service company is seeking a Telecommute Human Resources Software Account Executive. Core Responsibilities Include: Going after new logo business and securing new business leads by cold calling and other methods.
Leading sales process and utilizing all available resources to manage account. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities. 8 years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor's degree.
Maintaining a deep understanding of products, services, resources/skillsets and delivery methodologies. Supporting the Sales organization with pre-sales discovery and scoping. Understanding customers’ business objectives, success measures or other key performance indicators.
Develop key strategies to create strong virtual team/resources to maximize sales. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Serve in field operations. Proven track record in a Sales capacity within a high-tech industry. Proven full fiscal years performance experience.
Managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Participating in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Qualifications Include: Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Travel up to 50% Human Capital Management/HR Domain expertise. Experience with project management, familiarity with Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements. Proficient with Salesforce. com and report production. Ability to write technical, administrative and marketing materials.
Collaborating with support resources to maximize D&DM revenue. Matching products and solutions to customer business pains and challenges. Identifying areas of innovation within the client base, and then driving resources to prove out the innovation and its business value for the customer.
Work closely with the Inside Sales team, Product Specialists and Pre-Sales technical resources. Directly drive the sale of Client and Enterprise Solutions to new accounts in these territories. Skills and Requirements Include: Must live in the Detroit area.
7-10 years experience gained selling enterprise software. Proven track recorded in Enterprise Sales in meeting and exceeding annual goals. Experience developing executive relationships internally and externally. Experience mapping internal and external (matrix management) resources to accounts.
Establishing sales strategies and mobilizing the appropriate company resources to close the opportunity. Managing all administrative aspects of the assignment. Identifying opportunities to promote company products and services to current and prospective customers.
