Managing both in-house and outside legal resources. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: J. D. from an accredited law school. Minimum 3 years' legal experience managing securities compliance and corporate governance.
Bachelor degree required, at a minimum. 5+ years consulting experience with Human Capital Management space. Effective management and business acumen. Familiarity with HCM software features and current competitive landscape. 5+ years leading and managing client facing teams successfully.
