A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Client Success Executive in the Central Region. Must be able to: Drive business value and enhance product adoption. Identify and manage risks and build a risk mitigation plan.
Acting as central point of contact between company and our clients. Working with Account Managers and clients to understand projects and expectations. Understanding what each project entails: resources, turnaround-time, scheduling, etc. Position Requirements Include:
Serving as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues. Skills and Requirements Include: Bachelor's Degree or higher. 3+ years of data analytics, writing, editing and intranet experience. 2+ years of HEDIS or CMS stars experience. 1+ year of Technology Product research experience.
Maintaining central documentation database. Position Requirements Include: Ability to travel 40% of the time. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing software implementation projects and or medical equipment projects. Minimum BS or BA Degree or equivalent experience.
Serving as the central resource for design, development, test, quality. Qualifications for this position include: Willingess to travel 25% of the time. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 10 years of full life cycle product management experience in the Software/Contact Center industry.
