Knowledge of DSM V or most current diagnostic edition. Knowledge of utilization management procedures, mental health and substance abuse community resources and providers. Ability to analyze specific utilization problems, plan and implement solutions that directly influence quality of care.
Valid driver's license required. Diploma, Associate or bachelors degree in nursing or bachelors degree (or higher) in a health or human services related field required. A degree from an institution that is fully accredited by a nationally recognized educational accreditation organization.
Expertise in driving digital media. Experience developing proposals, gathering estimates, and creating and tracking budgets. Experience managing resources working on multiple projects and setting priorities. Fluency with MS Project, Visio and Office software (Excel, Word, PPT)
