Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, HumanResources or related field of study. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales compensation or corporate compensation. Direct support of sales organization(s) including incentive design and administration.
Leveraging internal resources from prospect to close. Evangelizing solutions that will help them reach their business goals. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: 2-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
