A human and animal health care call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Recognizing medical/exposure cases, triaging and transferring to appropriate staff members.
5 years of directly related benefits experience with employees in multiple states. Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Understanding of ERISA regulations and other regulations affecting benefits/compensation. Must feel comfortable presenting to a large group.
Must have a fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of sales engineering experience. Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, get it done attitude.
4-6 years of UX design experience. Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered interaction, related field or relevant work experience. Strong design chops with the portfolio to prove it. Ability to present cohesive design approaches to internal and external teams.
Interviewing and selecting training resources in support of our ramp up season. Leading the current annual new hire agent training efforts. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Willing and able to travel based on business needs.
Acting as a technical resource to other members of the department and customers. Identifying and reporting any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. Qualifications Include: Flexibility to provide onsite support, as needed.
