Upgrading or developing new assessments. Completing any other duties as assigned. Qualifications for this position include: Experience authoring assessments. Strong, expert knowledge of Project Management. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
4-6 years of UX design experience. Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered interaction, related field or relevant work experience. Strong design chops with the portfolio to prove it. Ability to present cohesive design approaches to internal and external teams.
Demonstrate a good working knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy, and coding. Must possess knowledge of third party reimbursement regulations and billing practices. Possess moderate knowledge of level 1 and 2 modifiers.
Leading the current annual new hire agent training efforts. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Willing and able to travel based on business needs. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3+ years of virtual training experience.
