Acting as a technical resource to other members of the department and customers. Identifying and reporting any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. Qualifications Include: Flexibility to provide onsite support, as needed.
Core Responsibilities Include: Understanding the issue and make best use of the available resources to resolve it. Developing and/or understanding performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple proprietary software applications. Knowledge of or ability to research and connect with community resources.
4-6 years of UX design experience. Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered interaction, related field or relevant work experience. Strong design chops with the portfolio to prove it. Ability to present cohesive design approaches to internal and external teams.
