A financial and humanresources consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Northeast Customer Success Manager. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing account management to all customers. Driving revenue pull through in all assigned accounts for deals sold in the region.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Human Capital Management (HCM) software experience. Track record of success reflected in quota performance for the last 5 years. Thorough understanding of a complex solution sales cycle and solution selling.
8+ years successful sales experience. 3+ years leading successful technology, HR resources, ITM or HCM sales teams to above-quota performance. A track record of exceeding company sales quotas. Experience managing remote teams preferred. All other requirements necessary for this position.
Using broad input to generate options and then secure needed internal resources. Skills and Requirements Include: 50% travel. BS or BA. A minimum 5-7 years of proven success in healthcare related sales or comparable experience. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry.
