Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Human Capital Management (HCM) software experience. Track record of success reflected in quota performance for the last 5 years. Thorough understanding of a complex solution sales cycle and solution selling.
In-depth knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System. 3+ years of experience in fee schedule development using actuarial models. 3+ years of experience using financial models and analysis to negotiate rates with providers.
8+ years successful sales experience. 3+ years leading successful technology, HR resources, ITM or HCM sales teams to above-quota performance. A track record of exceeding company sales quotas. Experience managing remote teams preferred. All other requirements necessary for this position.
