A business services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resource Intern in Portland. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Learn to be well versed in the state, local and federal HR requirements. Work closely with HR management.

4-6 years of UX design experience. Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered interaction, related field or relevant work experience. Strong design chops with the portfolio to prove it. Ability to present cohesive design approaches to internal and external teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a best-in-class, progressive human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry. Record of negotiation and closing of new client sales, including development of contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
Acting as a local company knowledge expert and as a client service resource. Assisting with the territory development plan and execution development strategies. Conducting weekly sales calls to agency distribution partners. Skills and Requirements Include:
