Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, HumanResources or related field of study. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales compensation or corporate compensation. Direct support of sales organization(s) including incentive design and administration.
Minimum one year related healthcare experience or equivalent education. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of organizational policies. Ability to effectively manage resources. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
Must be able to: Prepare reports from the scheduling tools as needed. Schedule coding resources appropriately according to established need. Assist with entry, calculation and tracking of productivity and/or quality data as needed. Required Skills: High school diploma or GED required.
6 years related experience to include 3 years case management experience required. Knowledge of statutory requirements of different state jurisdictions. Knowledge of resources available regarding the regulations and parameters of third party reimbursement.
Seasoned sales executive with a quantifiable track record of generating revenue. Demonstrated success as an individual contributor. Ability to provide leadership and vision in a complex and dynamic environment. Ability to make resource allocation decisions.
